The Alpha instructor was a good friend and colleague of the Key Slacker’s wife who passed away in the spring of 2025.

Mariah was so pleased that she finally got the Key Slackers to do Yoga after bugging him for over 25 years.  She would be so pleased if you started also.

This site was created to honor the memory of Mariah and to help bring the health benefits of Yogo for everyone who can put up with the Key Slackers sick sense of humor.
